TERMS OF SALE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND KEEP A COPY FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Making A Purchase ~ Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue for details of the goods we provide and their prices. Click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Shipping And Handling ~ We charge a flat rate for postage and packaging of:
FREE within the UK (chocolate only orders are charged at standard 1st class packet rate)
£5.00 to the selected countries within the European Union and
£10.00 for the rest of the world
Delivery Schedule ~ The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Most orders are dispatched within 7 days although in some cases this can take up to 28 days (if you need your order urgently or by a specific date please contact us to ensure we can meet your delivery requirements). International orders may take slightly longer.
Back Orders ~ If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges ~ All prices quoted include VAT where appropiate. This is the current standard rate on most items and 7.45% on ophthalmic items (contact lenses, sports eyewear, frames etc).
Credit Card Security ~ We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

When you enter the checkout phase of our site you will be transferred to the WorldPay secure server and your browser will activate the "LOCK" icon. This assures you that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered.

All payments are handled by WorldPay and at no time do we have access to your credit card details.
Guarantee ~ You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by post or e-mail to the address or e-mail address shown above, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown above. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract we will refund or recredit you with 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering the goods.

Governing Law ~ These terms of sale and the supply of any goods will be subject to English Law, and the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

Privacy Policy ~ We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy ~ Should you find any fault with your goods then simply return them to us explaining the problem. We will then either rectify the matter or offer a full refund. While in your care we would expect you to look after the goods and return them to us either in the original packaging or other suitable material.

Remittance Terms ~ Full payment required at the time of order. Please note that credit card statements will be debited under the name of 'WP - Butterflies Health'.

We accept payment by most major credit cards and the transaction will be processed by WorldPay on our behalf. All prices on the site are quoted in UK Pounds, but when you enter the WorldPay site you can choose to pay in UK pounds, Euros or US dollars. Alternatively, pay for your order in UK Pounds and your credit card company will convert the transaction from UK Pounds to your own currency.

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown in our catalogue are accurate at the time you place you order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
